Please review this Arbitration Policy carefully. It is part of your agreement with Quick News Global (AI), a company registered in Wyoming, USA, and impacts your legal rights. The policy includes procedures for MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS.
All disputes and claims related to the Terms or the use of any product or service offered by Quick News Global (AI), except those seeking injunctive or other equitable remedies as detailed below, that cannot be resolved through informal discussions or small claims court, must be settled through binding arbitration conducted individually under this Arbitration Policy. This applies to you and Quick News Global (AI), including its affiliates, agents, employees, predecessors, successors, assigns, and any authorized or unauthorized users or beneficiaries of the services or products.
Before initiating arbitration, both parties must attempt to resolve the issue informally by providing a written Notice of Dispute outlining the claim’s nature, basis, and desired resolution. Notices to Quick News Global (AI) should be sent to our head office in Wyoming, USA. After receiving the Notice, both parties will have up to three months to resolve the dispute informally. If unresolved, either party may proceed with arbitration. Any settlement proposals during this time must remain confidential and not be disclosed to the arbitrator until the award is determined.
Both parties expressly waive their rights to a trial in front of a judge or jury. All claims and disputes will be resolved through arbitration as outlined here. Arbitration is generally faster and more cost-effective than court proceedings, with limited judicial review. If any litigation arises (e.g., enforcing or contesting arbitration awards), it will be handled by a judge in Wyoming, USA — jury trials are waived.
Every claim or dispute under this Arbitration Agreement must be resolved individually. Group or class actions are not allowed. Disputes involving multiple users or customers cannot be combined or consolidated into a single arbitration case.
All elements of the arbitration process, including the arbitrator’s decision and adherence to it, must remain strictly confidential. Both parties agree to uphold this confidentiality unless disclosure is mandated by law. This clause does not restrict either party from presenting necessary information to a court to enforce this Agreement, validate an arbitration award, or request injunctive or equitable relief.
The Terms and any associated actions will be governed and construed under the laws of Wyoming, USA, excluding any conflict-of-law rules that might lead to the application of laws from a different jurisdiction. As Quick News Global (AI) is an entity registered in Wyoming, USA its operations comply with Wyoming State legal frameworks. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is explicitly excluded from this Agreement.
